De op- en afrit van de E34 wordt volledig heraangelegd. Reeds op zondag werd de bestaande rijbaan opgebroken en dat zorgde voor wat geluidshinder voor de omwonenden. Momenteel is op het volledige stuk de weg uitgebroken en is reeds de onderlaag in steengruis aangebracht.<br \/>\nOok op de R4, ter hoogte van Arcelor Mittal word de rijbaan heraangelegd, ook daar is men bezig met het uitbreken van de bestaande rijbaan, maar hier is men nog niet zo ver gevorderd.
