Daarom moesten de restgassen zelf in brand worden gestoken door het bedrijf. Dat gebeurde onder gecontroleerde omstandigheden op een domein waar geen mensen mochten komen.\u00a0 De Gentse brandweer kwam preventief ter plaatse.
