We kunnen op zoek gaan naar een locatie. We komen al snel terecht bij enkele &#8216;sleutel-op-de-deur&#8217; bouwbedrijven. Voordeel is dat je van planning en afspraken met aannemers weinig moet aantrekken. Zelf de bouw opvolgen is natuurlijk aangeraden. De locatie moet aan een aantal voorwaarden voldoen:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Rustig gelegen<\/li>\n<li>(Kleine) tuin, en dan nog liefst zuid-gericht.<\/li>\n<li>(Half)-open bebouwing.<\/li>\n<li>Niet te ver van onze huidige woonplaats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Via de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.zimmo.be\/nl\/\" target=\"_blank\">zimmo.be<\/a>, kan je snel een overzicht krijgen van het actuele aanbod.
